    Totally agree. If all that is left is landscaping, ie the paths are done and it’s functional but not pretty yet, then open it to use.

  • That’s basically what the managers said last year when they said it would open “fall 2014.” The trail path/asphalt would be there but the landscaping would still be a work in progress.

    Aside: The 606 website says that the arch bridge to be installed over Milwaukee is being manufactured.
