Hit-and-run driver who killed Sarah Milcarek, 25, on 5-lane Irving Park Road, arrested after causing multi-vehicle crash, fleeing another motorist, and striking tree
The collision took place seven blocks east of where a 47th Ward volunteer was fatally struck in 2022, when led to the Illinois Department of Transportation ceasing to obstruct pedestrian safety improvements in that location.
