  • I think I get Rep. Riley’s opposition to the Transit TIF law. He’s pushing for a Red Line extension while nobody else in the legislature, the RTA, Metra, or the mayor’s office is. And then the CTA wants money to build all of this other stuff? Time to speak up.

    (However, that eNews Park Forest article was very tough to read. First it seemed like a news article, then it was hard to tell what was quoting Riley, and what was first person writing from the anonymous author.)
