Houston Advocates Slam TxDOT For ‘Deliberately’ Ignoring Highway’s Racist Impacts
TxDOT is allegedly threatening retaliation against the whole Houston region because advocates continue to fight a highway expansion that the agency knows will have a harmful impacts on communities of color.
