Speeding is a massive problem on Lake Shore Drive. It is absurdly obvious that no one drives the speed limit, and that the “boulevard” isn’t working as designed.

If people are upset about noise, chasing a few motocycles is absurd. The much bigger danger is the one they choose not to see: the massive pollution, noise and blight from having some a massive roadway along our best natural resource, the lakefront.
