    The rendering for the lot next to the Belmont stop shows outdoor seating on the west side of the building directly adjacent to the tracks. I know we’ll sit anywhere to eat outdoors (next to traffic lanes on busy streets, bus stops, dumpsters, etc), but practically under the tracks? I’ll believe that part gets built when I see it.

    Project as a whole seems good, little else around there has parking.
