Pedestrian: 23 (8 were hit-and-run crashes)
Bicyclist: 2 (both were hit-and-run crashes)

  • If you kill someone in a parking lot, that should be automatic dangerous driving, simple as that. A parking lot is not a place where you should ever be traveling fast enough to be lethal if you’re paying attention.

How much longer do we need to endure killers getting off with no serious penalties? This is outrageous.
