    That strip mall in the 4800 block of N Broadway is a big eyesore. If Cappleman and Osterman are serious about making Broadway more pedestrian friendly, the redevelopment will be a great litmus test.

    Maybe we can convince the CTA that they also need a staging area on the property of that Chody Partners mall at Broadway and Berwyn :)

    A CPD contact mentioned last night’s incident in the parking garage at State & Grand. He was a responding officer at the scene. He said it was unclear whether the elderly driver got confused, had a medical issue or misjudged the space. The Tribune article is fairly accurate and consistent with what he told me.
